Warren at Coyote Blog pounded out a great fisking this evening, well worth a look. In fact, the article he fisked is so bad, I can hardly resist the urge to run my own, parallel fisk.
For example, quoting from the target article:

Only two per cent of the river's water makes it beyond the U.S. border, where large Mexican cities dependent on its bounty are left with a trickle – much less than they need.Large mexican cities? At the mouth of the Colorado? Let's see, there's, um, 140,000 people in San Luis. And that's, umm, about it. San Luis, were the border 20 miles further south, would be the 173rd largest city in America, barely edging out the bustling metropolis of Palmdale, California. San Luis barely makes the 100 largest Mexican cities.
