On October 23rd, I wrote a post lauding Amazon for quickly responding to a complaint and promising to fix it. It's now 2 weeks later, and Amazon has failed to make good on their promise.
I've had a very disappointing experience with Amazon Marketplace. My advice? In the future, avoid all Amazon Marketplace sellers, except this one.
