From the current draft of the Iraqi Constitution:

Article 36
The State guarantees:
1. Freedom of expression by all means.
2. Freedom of the press, printing, advertising and publishing.

Freedom of advertising. This is at least one point where the Iraqi people are poised to actually be more free than we Americans!
