I'm back in a job I love, with more social life in a week than I had in 5 months in California. I'm pretty happy. But I haven't had a whole lot to say. Two points for your consideration:
- I met a goal today, of finally eating rattlesnake. I am ashamed to admit that it really does taste like chicken. An eighteen-dollar plate of popcorn chicken. I really wish I could claim otherwise, but I can't.
- I'm applying for some National Park Service jobs, with my new, improved job title of Lead Guide. I get cold just reading the name "Gates Of The Arctic NP & Preserve."
That is all.
I am not going to say a word because you already know what I'm thinking...
