Whoa. Pat Tillman was killed in Afghanistan. When he gave up a three million dollar contract playing football for the Cardinals to go enlist as an Army Ranger, he became the only Arizona Cardinal I've ever respected. The NFL's website says that "Tillman's service to his country tragically ended" when he was killed, but the example Tillman set ensures that his service to his country will long outlive him.
